Providers affected by the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident may access eligibility and claim payment details, including the 835 file, by logging into the provider portal or calling customer service. Effective March 11, 2024, MagnaCare is enabled to accept claims through Optum's iEDI workaround solution for claim submissions. Providers may submit claims via Optum iEDI or opt for paper submission by sending them to the Claims Department at PO Box 1001, Garden City, NY 11530. Additionally, Optum has informed trading partners and clearinghouses to direct claims for Payor ID 11303 to the iEDI platform.
